Infobase has reported the following issues, which includes GVSU's access to Films on Demand - "Infobase sites are currently down. Our Technical Specialists are working to resolve this issue and restore your service as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and thank you for your patience and understanding." This posting will be updated as more information is received from Infobase.
Service Advisory from Infobase @ 2:34pm on 10/10/2018: "Our Technical Specialists are working diligently to resolve any remaining Infobase site access or performance issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience throughout our efforts to restore full service. We will make each site available as soon as it is ready and improve functionality continuously, so please check back throughout the day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused."
Films on Demand is back up and running, but may load at a slower rate. Infobase reported that their team is still working to restore their resources and sites to full capacity. Everything should be running at normal speeds by Monday, October 15th.
