Minor Issue Resolved

[4/6/17 @ 1:55 pm - Matthew]

For those of you who have Windows laptops with touchscreens, Chrome and Firefox have known issues when you want to reorder your boxes. The workaround is to change some settings in your browser to allow the boxes to be reordered. From Springshare support:

Chrome:

  1. Type this in Chrome's address bar: chrome://flags
  2. Do a find (control+F) for: touch
  3. It should call up an option called "Enable touch events".
  4. Change this setting to Disabled.
  5. Restart Chrome.

Firefox:

  1. Type this in Firefox's address bar: about:config (You'll get a warning that you're about to edit the advanced properties of Firefox)
  2. Search for: touch
  3. It should call up an option called "dom.w3ctouchevents.enabled"
  4. Double-click and change the integer to 0.
  5. Restart Firefox.
