Minor Issue Resolved

ScienceDirect is having intermittent linking issues where patrons will get the message "Sorry, your request can not be processed due to a system problem. Contact the Help Desk if the problem persists. [SD-009]" this is a known issue and they are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

They will be attempting an update on 02/21. We will check back and see if it has the desired effect.

02/22/2017 it looks like they got everything. We will keep an eye out because there were actually two issues going on here but the “SD-009” error message should be resolved.

This issue was reported on 2/9/17 and resolved on 2/22/17.
