When placing an ASRS request you are not asked to choose a pickup location. The Mary Idema Pew Library is automatically selected. This issue has been reported to the vendor.

You cannot request items from the ASRS. We are currently investigating the cause.

I've put up notices on the homepage and on the catalog, and redirected any requests for items in the ASRS to a window explaining the downtime.

Once we have the ASRS working again, I'll restore the ability to request items from the ASRS.

The system is working but requests cannot be made from the catalog. Requests can be made from Sierra successfully. Whatever is intercepting the requests from the online catalog needs to be removed.

Server patches and updates being applied. Any catalog requests for ASRS items will result in a system failure notification.

This Maintenance is scheduled from 04:30pm 12/15/14 until 11:00pm 12/15/14.

The crane at Steelcase library is down, and we need to get Dematic (the manufacturer) out to repair it. Jason has contacted them and we're waiting on a timeframe.

In the meantime, we cannot request books from Steelcase.

The Steelcase ASRS is still in need of repairs, but it is running and we are able to fulfill requests again. There will be some downtime in the future when additional parts need to be installed.

We are currently unable to place any AS/RS requests from the library catalog. If a patron/user needs an item they will need to contact the service desk and ask for the item to be pulled.
